A “Client Partner” or “CP” is an individual who primarily offers expert services towards new client acquisition & enhancement of client relationships through personal references & connections. They can also register as a “Recruitment Partner” or both.

A “Recruitment Partner” or “RP” is an individual who is primarily supposed to offer their expert recruitment services towards the available requirements either by using sourcing tools, either offered by the “Company” or by using their own sources. They can also register as a “Client Partner” or both.
